"comfort my people, says our God" (Isaiah 40: 1-2)
Mission Statement: We are the voice that comforts you and brings you hope and love. "Comfort my people, says our God. Comfort them!" - Isaiah: 40:1-2
We are a ministry founded on the WORD OF GOD, the BIBLE. We reach out to anyone who would listen. We seek to become the voice crying out, "Prepare in the wilderness a road for the Lord! Clear the way in the desert for our God! Fill every valley; level every mountain. The hills will become a plain, rough country will be made smooth. Then the glory of the Lord will be revealed, and all mankind will see it. The Lord Himself has promised this" - Isaiah 40:3-5
Leaving a legacy of love and hope, saving souls, one at a time.
Melvina has a strong healing anointing in her life and is called to be an Evangelist from a very young age. Her loving, transparent and positive attitude has brought many souls to the Lord. Melvina is the youngest daughter of the twelve children, known to her family as Alli, grew up in a strong Christian family. As a child, Melvina had no friends and often felt rejected and lonely and tried hard to fit in. She made Jesus her 'bestest friend' and spent many hours talking and 'hanging out' with him. Her ministry started when she was only 11 years old, when she commanded demons to come out of a young mentally ill girl in the village, and people started bringing sick babies to her for healing. She traveled the village with overseas missionaries preaching the gospel. She collected and sold bottles to pay for her correspondence Bible school at a very young age and planted her very first hard earned tithing toward the building of Oral Roberts University and the prayer tower, after reading 'seed time and harvest time' book by Oral Roberts, declaring that one day she would hold a degree from ORU. As a young girl, Melvina went through many painful events which resulted in poor self image and low self-esteem causing her to make many poor decisions later on. Many people helped Melvina to get out of domestic violence situation and reunite with her families in Australia. Broken and alone, she embarked on a new journey in a new country, by hanging onto faith alone. In her pain and brokenness of the loss of her baby that she had to leave behind, and the death of a child, Melvina started to reconnect to her childhood God and discovered who she was in Christ. Melvina worked as a carer in aged care and put herself through university and became a registered nurse with post graduate diploma in mental health from Melbourne University and a Masters Degree in mental health and counselling from Griffith University of Queensland. She combined nursing and prayer to save souls one at a time. With all her professional achievements, she still felt empty inside. She secretly struggled with her painful past and insecurities. She turned to her childhood God and through fasting and praying, found acceptance and healing. Melvina is now showing others her life scars and helping many like her through her testimonies. She helps other women who have been abused, rejected and labelled, to fight their fears and insecurities and rise up to Gods plan for their lives. Through her transparency and her honesty about her own molestation, rape and abuse, domestic violence and death of her child, Melvina is determined to be the voice that comforts you and brings you hope and love.
